Your journey begins with a personal consultation where we get to know your medical needs, travel goals, and preferences. Our Health Assessment Specialist reviews your case and conducts a clinical intake to ensure you are a good fit for travel, and to assess any risk factors.
We design a fully personalized travel plan that blends comfort, safety, and ease. This includes flights, accommodations, equipment needs, and an initial 36-hour on-site support window with one of our licensed physicians. You’ll also receive a tailored list of local care providers in your destination available at your discretion, should the need arise.
You’ll have the chance to review your full itinerary, ask questions, and request changes. We’ll work closely with you and your loved ones to ensure every detail feels right before final approval.
When it’s time to travel, we’re with you every step of the way literally. Your physician accompanies you during the first 36 hours to ensure a smooth arrival and transition. After that, you’ll have access to recommended local providers and emergency contacts, plus optional post-travel check-ins with our team for peace of mind.
